What we collect

The details you send us: your business's name, what it does, your email address and phone number, and the answers, photos and logo you send through an intake form.

When you sign in, your email address and the device you sign in on.

When your website is live, its visits, counted without cookies or visitor identifiers, and the messages its visitors send through its contact form.

How we use it

To build your preview and your website, to contact you about them, to send your sign-in codes, your monthly report and the messages your visitors send, and to bill you once you choose a plan. Harbor Web Co. does not sell your information.

Who handles it for us

Our website platform provider hosts this storefront, the previews and the websites, sends the emails and stores this information on our behalf.

Card payments go through a payment processor; your card number never reaches us.

How long we keep it

A preview and its files are deleted 30 days after it is built, unless you approve it.

Your account information is kept while your website is with us and for 30 days after it ends. Messages from your website's visitors are kept for 24 months, or until you delete them. Billing records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can see, correct or delete your information, or export your website's content, from your account or by replying to any email you have from Harbor Web Co..

Changes

We post any change to this policy on this page, with its date.
